Base Mount Actuators
Our base mount actuators are designed to be mounted in your application.
Our actuators use heavy duty ball screws and thrust bearings for long life. Our load cells are custom manufactured for precision and durability.
They include a mounting base plate with a keyway and are well suited for horizontal applications. The keyway provides a positive stop against the actuator force.
They use a servo motor, synchronous belt drive, ball screw, and load cell to actuate and provide force feedback to the servo press controller.
The mounting base plate has drilled holes or slots for mounting the actuator into your system. Holes are provided on the actuator flange for mounting accessories. Standard actuators have travels up to 400 mm and capacities up to 40 kN (8,992 lb). Custom actuators can be provided up with up to 100 kN (22,480 lb) capacity.
